Q: How do you determine rates?

Our vacation condo rates for a standard clean are as follows:
Studio                      $75 approx 450 sq ft.
1 Bed/1 Bath           $100 approx 600 sq ft.
1 Bed/2 Bath           $110 approx 700 sq. ft.
2 Bed/2 Bath           $135 approx 800 sq. ft.

However, additional charges may apply. Listed pricing is a guideline only.

Q: What is excessive cleaning?

Standard cleanings start at $75.  If excessive cleaning is needed, the rate will be $35/hour.  You will be notified immediately so you can pass the charges on to your guests.  Excessive cleaning includes but is not limited to:
 * Dirty dishes, Pots or Pans
 * Smoking in unit
 * Stained furniture or rugs
 * Left trash and/or food

Q: Do I need to supply anything?

The following items will be supplied by the owner in each unit:
 * Mop and Bucket or Swiffer
 * Vacuum - if rug in unit

Q: What will Maui Cleaning Company supply?

 * 2 rolls of toilet paper
 * 1 roll of paper towels
 * 1 bar soap
 * refill liquid soap
 * trash bags

Q: Can I supply a welcome gift to my guest?

If you would like to supply a welcome gift or other item to your guest, arrangements can be made.

We are also vacation rental owners.  We have been approached by other home owners who live on the Mainland, have investments on Maui and are looking for a quality cleaning service.  We created this company to be the "eyes and ears" for your vacation home and investment.  Damage to your unit, missing items and excessively dirty guests will be reported to you immediately.  We treat your condo with the same care and attention to detail that we treat our own.

Q: What areas do you service?

We service the Kihei and Wailea areas on Maui.

Yes, simply fill out our online quote form and we will contact you for a free quote.

Q: How do I pay for my service?
 
 * Payment is due at time of service
 * We accept cash, check, Visa, Master card, American Express
    and Discover card
 * Returned checks are subject to a processing fee
 * If full payment is not received at the time of service, billing 
    clients are assessed additional fees that can accrue on a monthly 
    basis until payment is received

Q: What days and hours do you work?

Cleaning times are usually 10am-4pm seven days a week.
